I currently attend school Monday through Friday from 12 PM–6 PM, but I maintain a flexible schedule outside of class hours. I’m fully available for pet sitting on weekends, from Friday at 6 PM through Tuesday at 10 AM, and I’m committed to making sure every pet in my care receives plenty of attention, consistency, and quality care during that time.

I have a fur baby of my own who is very well-trained, friendly, and gentle with other dogs. Creating a safe and comfortable environment for every pet in my care is extremely important to me. For overnight stays, I may crate dogs when needed, especially if they require a little extra supervision or are still adjusting to a new environment. This is only done to ensure their safety and comfort while everyone is asleep, and I always make sure they feel secure, cared for, and relaxed. 🐾

Please let me know about any special needs, medications, routines, behaviors, allergies, fears, or anything else that would help me provide the best care possible for your pet. The more I know, the better I can make them feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I also have a dog of my own who is very sweet, playful, and friendly with other dogs. However, if your pet is reactive, anxious around other animals, or simply prefers their own space, please let me know ahead of time so I can make the proper accommodations to ensure everyone stays comfortable and safe. 🐾.

I love taking my dog to the beach to run in the sand and dig as much as he wants without getting too dirty. He loves it too and I’m sure your dog will as well. We walk around the neighborhood and sometimes go to Dog events if there are any that day, like barktoberfest, to stay socialized and make new friends.

Hey! I’m Carla — Navy veteran, full-time dog lover, and the type of person who will absolutely end up sending you way too many photos of your pet because “they looked cute sleeping.” I’m originally from New York and now based in Texas. I’m patient, reliable, calm under pressure, and very used to handling different personalities — both human and furry. Whether your pet is super energetic, shy, clingy, chaotic, or just judges everyone from across the room, I’ll meet them where they’re at and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I have experience with dogs of different sizes and temperaments, and I understand how important trust is when someone else is caring for your pet. I’ll treat them like they’re my own — with lots of attention, playtime, cuddles, and structure depending on what they need. I’m also great with routines, medication instructions, updates, and making sure you never have to wonder how your pet is doing while you’re away. Bonus points if your dog likes belly rubs, naps, or dramatic sighing for attention — we’ll get along great.

Carla and her husband are SO SO welcoming and kind - which is evident from the moment you meet them! They were both so sweet to my girl Sage. Carla sent me lots of pictures, videos, and updates. Sage had lots of fun playing in their yard with her new friends and seemed to get lots of love and cuddles too :) I felt like they loved her just as much as I do! Will absolutely be using Carla again — cannot recommend enough!
Carla was great! She took care of our lovely Calypso while we were away for the weekend and sent us pics/updates on how she was throughout. Will definitely be booking with her again!
