Unfortunately my experience using Carla was not a positive one. We had discussed and agreed upon a customized drop in visit plan over 4 days. My dog was left unattended for 16 hours after the first visit, I had to get a friend to go tend to him as Carla was still not on her way. The second scheduled visit Carla was 1.5 hours late. On the third scheduled visit, 2+ hours had passed the scheduled start time, so I canceled the remainder of the booking. Very disappointing and stressful to have to worry about this while I was out of town.
Carla promptly answered my booking request for late night drop in visits for my old man, Diesel, while I was on night shift. She sent lots of photos, paid the bellyrub tax, and let him out to pee. I am beyond pleased with the care she provided to Diesel and the peace of mind she gave me.
My dogs love Carla! I use her whenever I travel for work and she is amazing!!
Carla was great with Rumi, and communicated very well with lots of photos and updates on her ☺️

I have a lot of flexibility during my evenings and weekends. I can accommodate drop in requests at any time during the weekend and during lunch hours for weekdays. Special accommodations can be made by request! Thank you!
