My personal animal experience started about 15 years ago with our first family pet, our German Shepard/Collie, Kiki. I have had my two boys now for 14 years (Boston and Tazz), and have done it all on my own. Kiki became the third muskateer in my little family for 5 out of the 10 years, until we had to say goodbye to our Princess at 13 wonderful years of age. The last two years, I have also become a cat mom to two handsome and saucey kitties, and within just two weeks had the house trained to introduce the boys to their new brother cats successfully, with zero injury. I have ample time to take my boys for walks, and am looking to expand on that time to help others do so as well. I am a former Park Ranger, and know and frequent all the Metroparks often, but also love to keep local walks a cozy way of learning the neighborhood and others around.
