I am very familiar with walking dogs, and doing drop in visits with both dogs and cats. I can follow instructions well, whether I’m feeding your pet, playing with them or taking them for a walk, and I will make sure I maintain the routine have made for your pet. I know how to safely and properly secure your dog’s leash, collar and/or harness. I can secure your pet in a crate if needed. I know to make sure the surface isn’t too hot for your dogs paws, to make sure I have their water when they need it, I will supervise them while they eat. I will clean up after your pet does their business and avoid other dogs on our walking route not only for the safety of your dog(s) but the other animal as well.

Let me know how your dog behaves typically, for example; do they pull on the leash or bark at the door. I also would like to know what they enjoy doing, if they have a favorite toy I should know about. Lastly let me know if they have any funny habits or mannerisms.

Pet care experience
I have always loved animals and they never fail to make me smile. I have volunteered at the local humane society for more than a year and a half, doing both cat and kitten care as well as dog and puppy care. I also have pet sat cats and dogs, as well as walked dogs. I don’t have any pets of my own but I spend a lot of time with animals through friends and family. I sometimes take care of family and friends dogs and cats. I have even taught a couple dogs some simple tricks.
