I work full time, but I like to keep a busy schedule. My work day is also really flexible, so I can make most times work! I tend to be free on game days and holidays as well. I also personally know how hard it can be leaving pets at home, and hope to alleviate that for pet owners. While I love helping people and their pets while they cannot be together, I do have my own pets at home that my nights are reserved for. However, I can still certainly help with your pets and home while you are away!

However, I have a young and friendly collie that can come on walks or visits with your pets (dogs or cats) if they like the extra company. Otherwise you pet gets my undivided attention during visits. I love to customize activities to the pet in front of me. I am happy to play fetch, tug, Frisbee, walk, treat training, brushing, brain games, or just let them relax with a cuddle session!

I have extensive experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, livestock, rodents, and ferrets. I began volunteer work with dogs and cats at my local humane society when I was 13. I then worked 3 years in doggy daycare with large and small dogs in group settings. I then spent 1 year at an individual care boarding facility. During college, where I got my degree in animal science, I worked at a vet clinic doing dog and cat boarding, bathing, and tech work. I also spent some time working with individuals and their dog trainers. I like to customize my work to the specific pet I'm dealing with, but I prefer force free and positive reinforcement techniques. Caitlyn is a true natural with all pets. She is an excellent trainer, is very conscious of all health concerns and proper care, both from personal and professional experience. I am very picky with my animals and who can watch them, and Caitlyn is on my very short list of people who I trust. You couldn't ask for a better pet sitter, in my opinion.
Caitlyn dogsat and groomed my two High Energy Collies for 2 weeks. Her skills with dog training and grooming are SPECTACULAR. I was not once worried about my babies the entire time I was out of town. She sent me pictures and videos of them playing and relaxing multiple times a day. Their grooming included nail trims and hair cuts and an intense brushing. She followed my diet restrictions perfectly. when I picked up my dogs they were calm and well behaved, They even picked up some positive behaviors. No high stress like at the other boarding facilities. We have tried multiple facilities and I would HIGHLY recommend Caitlyn. I will never go to another place.
