Bryana K. cancelled a booking after the stay began.

Our two Yorkies can be territorial and they quickly adjusted to Bryana. In fact the older of the two constantly asked her for his favorite belly rubs. She communicated well with us and we will not hesitate to call upon her again.

Excellent, Bree handled and cared for my dog Lilly nicely. Lilly is a little hard to understand at times, but Bree figured it out. I will have her return, thank you Bree for taking good care of my family member. Kathi

It’s very unfortunate that I am having to leave a negative review regarding the lack of care Bryana provided for my dog. Bryana agreed to an 24 hour in house sitter, but was actually only there for 10 hours. She was 2 1/2 hours late to the agreed upon arrival time (leaving my dog alone for 10 1/2 hours), only stayed for 3 hours before leaving. She didn’t return for another 4 1/2 hours and stayed for 7 hours. She then left at 5:30am when she was supposed to stay until noon. My dog was then left alone for 14 1/2 hours as I was out of state and not set to return until 8pm. There was no proactive communication as to why she was late and didn’t continue her stay. She only responded once I reached out to her to question why she wasn’t watching my dog and kept coming up with excuses. I hope that nobody else has to experience the lack of care and responsibility that Bryana provided in the future. Please beware when choosing to book Bryana for any future pet services. I will NEVER contact her for services again and I hope nobody else does either. I would like to point out that the Rover support team was beyond helpful during this stressful situation, made the appropriate accommodations, and gave me peace of mind to continute using Rover services in the future.

Bryana was responsive, trustworthy, took good care of our pets, and we felt she had the skills to handle our foster dog and our cat. Everything went smoothly on our long weekend away trip!
