Pet care experience

Warm haven for you pet!

Hello! I am an animal lover who worked as a pet sitter and dog walker for 13 years, before we go further, we cannot watch Shepherds. Sadly my Juney was attacked by one and has doggie trauma. I am partnered with a wonderful local animal rescue called the Misha May Foundation. I fostered a few dogs from there. I have had many furry friends stay with me. I am missing it so much that I decided to open my home to your pet! I love labradors, I currently have a 6 year old lab who has his Canine Good Citzen Certification and he grew up with two other labs and a cat. I love loving and spoiling pups because they give us so much in return. I have taken a few classes on dog behavior and dog massage. I can't wait to share our home with other furry babes while their parents are on vacation. I have a nice backyard and a big area in my home for the pups to play! Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover ever since I was little. The first word I said was dog. I have worked with and loved on so many dogs, kitties, birds, and even the family reptile. I was a pet sitter/ dog walker for 3 years. I also helped volunteer for a local rescue. I have taken dog behavior, reiki for animals, my pup is canine good citizen, and I have foster several dogs. Not to mention have 3 of my own at one point. About my yard I have a backyard with a fence. It is 4 ft high and has chicken wire. I DO not leave dogs in my backyard unattended. There is enough room for fetch and sniffs. My experience administering medication Yes. As a pets sitter I administered insulin, bills, changed bandages, and diapers.

Brooke did an outstanding job taking care of my 11 year old pup during a recent get away. He was happy and not anxious with her and family. Brooke was wonderful with communication and sent pictures of my little guy during his stay! We will definitely use her services again!!

We’ve left our puppy with Brooke a few times and she takes very good care of him. He gets along with Brooke’s dogs and comes home happy and tired from all the activity.

A typical day

Here's where we'll take our walks We live in a rural neighbor hood with a ton of parks just right up the way from our home . We will take your furry one all throughout our neighborhood for fun smells and potty on all the trees and bushes. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep in our bedroom unless otherwise specified. We like to keep an eye on our furry guests. If your dog cannot climb stairs and is more comfortable down in our family room that is also an option. We do not have much room in our bed for our furry guests unless they are tiny pups. Time I'll spend with your dog I work from home. So I plan on giving your furry child 4 to 6 hours of attention while I am home during the daytime and also lots of love at night time. So a total of 10 hours a day your pet will have my attention unless I leave for an errrand.
