Brittney now lives on the west side, but it still showed she lived on the east side. Even though the request was for the east side, she still committed to coming so that we weren’t out of a sitter. She was very sweet and great to our pups- I could tell they were very comfortable with her!

Brittany was excellent! Very reliable and kind! We'll definitely ask her to drop in again!

Our go to sitter! She takes amazing care of our dog & house while we are away.

Brittney did such a good job with our pup! We had her house sit a few nights while we were away. Each day she gave us an update on how our dog was doing and we returned home to find the house just as we left it. Our dog seemed happy and relaxed upon our return. He definitely liked staying in our house while we were away much more than going to a sitters house. Typically he returns a little anxious. We will definitely be using Brittney again!

Brittney is awesome! She spent a long time with us at a local pet shop for a meet-n-greet, where she made us all so comfortable. Ginger actually agreed to be petted for more than her usual thirty-five seconds! Ginger took to Brittney right away; she can be rather particular so this was a very good sign. Brittney had no problem getting down to her level (well, just about... Ginger's short!) and was very comfortable asking and answering questions. Ginger visited Brittney Saturday and Sunday this weekend as a dry run for a longer stay. Britney's apartment is comfortable for a dog, with both carpet and hard flooring. The apartment and the building appear to be in good repair and seem to be in a decent location, which is important to us. Brittney made sure Ginger, my husband, and I were all comfortable with the environment before we left. I'm a serious planner: because Ginger has a difficult Tibetan Spaniel attitude, I provided Brittney with an exhaustively detailed paper about Ginger's really odd habits and behaviors, the commands she knows or is working on, and how she should be handled if she acts up... and Brittney didn't bat an eye. She didn't even laugh about me providing Ginger's shot records and photo in case of an emergency! While we were away, Brittney texted and sent photos periodically in order to keep us updated; she even sent one of Ginger chasing bunnies! And when the severe winds hit (27-30 mph), rattling the windows and making noise, Brittney snuggled her to keep her calm. When we picked up Ginger yesterday she was calm and happy, comfortable to just hang around with everyone. She even needed a goodbye pet! Overall, this was a great experience. I would like to maybe do this again before the longer stay to help Ginger understand that we aren't abandoning her, but I'm definitely expecting her to have a good time.
