Born and raised on a dairy farm in rural Ontario, Canada, I've spent my entire life taking care of all kinds of pets and livestock, including dogs, cats, cows, horses, and chickens. I currently own an adorable Holland Lop bunny and very happy-go-lucky Australian Shepherd puppy, but really miss the other critters I grew up with! Having a great deal of experience with farm-sitting and pet-boarding, I'm comfortable with animals of all shapes and sizes. Please note, however, that I don’t provide care for Pit Bull or Pit Bull mixes. I’m also experienced in caring for newborn critters, including bottle feeding if necessary, and am able to administer medication orally or via injection to pets who require more intensive care. As a stay-at-home wife who teaches piano from home a couple of days per week, I offer overnight and daytime care throughout the week and on weekends. I have plenty of time to devote to your pets, providing them with the loving care you’d expect and they're used to. My husband is also an animal lover who'll be assisting as his schedule permits. A big, ol’ softy, Spencer thoroughly enjoys reading with a cat in his lap, so by all means, drop your fabulous feline off and rest assured he or she will be well loved on! Mature dogs and pups will delight in plenty of playtime in the large fenced yard behind our single-dwelling home, as well as on-leash walks in our beautiful neighborhood or nearby park. Cats and kittens will be given free roam of the house, for the most part, able to enjoy perching on the back of our sofa while watching the world go by out our front window.
