I deeply value earning and honoring your dog’s trust. I always want to let them feel warmed up and comfortable with me at their own pace, especially around more reactive dogs. And I take pride in giving the bestest pets! I grew up with my beloved dog, Romeo, for 14 years and was his primary carer for weeks at a time during the last couple years of his senior life. I hope to carry the same love, care, and recognition of their individual character through others too. Last year, I started housesitting and caring for other dogs (outside of family) for friends and clients through word-of-mouth. It’s been very exciting and fulfilling getting to meet and care for a bunch of different dogs. I also currently live with my partner’s dog (she’s a little chihuahua named Nala), so I’m rarely not around one. One of my goals during a stay is to maximize their outside time (however much that means to them). I love long walks and short runs just as much as being a homebody and cherish that we get to enjoy that time together!
