Barbara was the ideal / an excellent cat and dog sitter for our two pets. She is based in the vicinity of our house and she is a great communicator, responding to all questions very quickly. She suggested a 'meet and greet' well in advance of the holiday itself, so that she could meet the two pets and get to grips with the routines. She arrived at the time we had agreed on and It was immediately clear once at the house, that she was confident with dogs - ours is large and vocal - and cats. Both pets seemed very calm with her and for us that meant that we could go away for a much needed break in confidence. She did a quick walk with me and our dog on that revisit day and then she took over on the walk back home. She was calm throughout. She asked relevant questions about the pet's routine and so I printed out a copy of amended routines for both pets for her, before we set off. She sent regular pictures and provided summaries of the times / activities done. Before our return home she made arrangements for the hand over of the key. We will have no hesitation in booking her services again and or recommending her to others. Great job Barbara. Thanks L & M

Barbara done a great job at looking after fatty he was taken on walks and had his meals cooked. Thank you for taking care of fatty and also for feeding cookie and getting him in on walks x

Barbara has been an excellent pet care giver. Throughout the time she spent looking after my two cats she provided them with the appropriate food, medication and attention. As well as this she always sent me frequent friendly updates surrounding my cats. Overall, Barbara was very reliable and trustworthy.
