I work part-time under zero contract, therefore I have plenty of time to spend looking after pets! I love long walks so if a dog needs to burn any energy off, I’d always be happy to take it. I am able to drive which makes it easier to get to any destination. I live in a very rural area with ragged roads so I am very used to driving on roads which aren’t the most upkept.

A typical day
If I were to take care of a dog, I am a very active person and if the dog is aswell I am happy taking it on long walks or runs whether it is sunny or rainy. Taking care of cats is obviously a bit different and very dependent on the cats personality itself but if it is happy to play I could sit playing with it for hours as it never gets boring seeing a playful cat.

Despite never owning a dog personally, me and my family have many times taken in a friends dog/s to look after whilst they go on holiday. The dogs would be my whole families responsibility, we are a health driven family meaning we adore long walks or runs and always made sure to keep the new furry friend happy. I have taken care of a variety of dogs such as labradors, jack russels, german shepherds and cocker spaniels. The dogs ages ranged from 6 months to 11 years so encountered many personalities!
