🏡 Availability & Personalized Care I work fully remotely, which allows me to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, they’ll receive plenty of companionship, supervision, and love—not just quick check-ins. I’m available for dog walking any time after 3:00 PM, and I offer flexible scheduling for daytime care, overnight stays, and extended pet sitting. Since I’m home most days of the week, your pet will rarely be left alone for extended periods. To help every pet feel comfortable and secure, I take the time to learn their individual routine and preferences. Before your booking, I’d love to know about their feeding schedule, favorite toys or treats, commands they’re working on, exercise needs, medical requirements, fears, and any unique personality traits. Every pet is different, and I strive to provide care that feels as close to home as possible. I live alone in our pet-friendly apartment, providing a calm, quiet environment where your pet can relax and receive plenty of one-on-one attention throughout their stay.

Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities during every walk. I’ll follow your dog’s usual walking routine and preferred routes while providing potty breaks and water as needed. During extreme weather (heavy rain, excessive heat, etc.) or if your pet is uncomfortable outdoors, we’ll keep outings brief for bathroom breaks and spend the remainder of our time engaging in safe indoor play and enrichment.

If you’re currently working on training, I’d be happy to reinforce the commands and behaviors you’re practicing during our time together. Just let me know which cues you’re using (such as sit, stay, place, heel, leave it, down, wait, or off) and how you’d like them reinforced. Maintaining consistency helps your pet continue learning while you’re away. My goal is to provide attentive, personalized care that keeps your pet happy, comfortable, and supported—just as you would at home.

🐾 A Typical Day Every pet is different, so I tailor each day to fit their routine and personality. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, or simply relaxing with company, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. A typical day includes potty breaks, meals according to your schedule, fresh water, playtime, enrichment activities, plenty of affection, and, of course, lots of belly rubs (if they enjoy them!). Because I work remotely, your pet will receive consistent supervision and companionship throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind, knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

Ava is a phenomenal dog sitter and watcher! I have 2 American Akitas (Saki & Koji) and they absolutely love her. I've found it incredibly hard to find someone reliable who can care for a large dog, let alone 2, and she is my go-to pet caregiver. My dogs require a lot of attention like long walks and a strict meal schedule, which has never been an issue with her. Ava is very attentive, respectful and trustworthy. I know my dogs are always in great hands with her. I highly recommend her! 🐾
She is super structured and a fun outgoing person. She watches my dog a lot the time and I have never had an issues and is so caring and generous with my pup. Also has a lot of knowledge about dog care.
