She took amazing care of our 11-week-old puppy and made the whole experience completely stress-free for us. From the start, she was attentive, patient, and clearly experienced with young dogs who need extra care and structure. We really appreciated the regular updates, which showed our puppy was happy, safe, and well cared for.
