Hello! I'm Ashleigh. Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs, cats, parrots, hamsters and other pets gave me a lifelong love of caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. Over the years I've regularly looked after friends' and family's pets, which eventually grew into offering dog boarding and daycare from our family home. We live in a beautiful rural location just outside Goudhurst in Kent with my husband, our two children and our three much-loved cats. As the children are home educated, there is almost always someone at home, meaning your dog will enjoy plenty of companionship, attention and affection throughout the day. I understand that leaving your dog with someone else can feel daunting, so I do everything I can to make their stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. Whether your dog loves woodland walks, playing in the garden, snoozing on the sofa, or simply being close to people, they'll be treated as one of the family while they're here. Many of the dogs I care for return regularly for daycare and boarding, and it's a joy to watch them build friendships and feel completely at home here. I'm fully insured and pride myself on providing a safe, loving home-from-home environment where your dog's happiness and wellbeing always come first. I look forward to meeting you and your four-legged family member!

Ashleigh was fantastic and my boys absolutely adored her! I got picture updates of their adventures and reassurance that they were ok throughout their stay - there was no need for separation anxiety!
Ashleigh was great, came to pick up our puppy and was very flexible. Shaf had a great time - would absolutely recommend to anyone!
Ashleigh was fab with Arnie and he had a great holiday in her home. He came home shattered! Ashleigh has a wonderful ‘no-problem’ manner, she is very calm with the dogs and takes great care, and love, of them. I would highly recommend her for safe and loving dog care.

Schedule
I work from home, very flexibly so have plenty of time to be able to help with your pets needs. I am also happy to stay overnight to care for lonely puppies or restless cats.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a very large secure back garden and hard floors so muddy paws aren’t a problem at my home. I have a cat, who is 14 years old now so sleeps a lot of the day. I am a very clean and tidy person and would always be considerate of others homes, ensuring no mess for you to come home to. Nothing worse than coming home to mess!
Pets
A typical day
A lot of fetch in the garden! We also like to take the dogs on lovely, long walks (if they can manage it) locally around the Cranbrook countryside or the beach if it’s not too hot.
