Two decades of experience in professional pet care! If my rates are inaccessible for you, please reach out anyways and we can work something out! I think everyone should have access to affordable pet care! I started when I was just 12 years old walking my neighbours dogs and pet sitting their cats, soon those neighbours were so happy with my service that they referred me to their friends, and those friends referred me to more friends, and so the story goes. I have experience with all types of dogs, from dachshunds to pit bulls, from puppies to seniors. I am able to modify a service to suit your dogs needs, from small walks around the block to trail runs on Chilliwack Community Forest. I have worked for a high-volume dog daycare in downtown Vancouver where I learnt valuable skills on dog behavioural patterns and training techniques.

I am available to be a full-time, live-in housesitter while you're away. I am adaptable to your pet's rhythms and routines. I enjoy plenty of walks, snuggles on the couch, and giving out healthy treats (carrots are my dog's favorite). I am not only an experienced pet sitter, but a passionate homemaker. I will make sure that your pet stays happy, your house stays tidy, and your garden stays watered. I'm happy to do any housekeeping, including picking up the mail, tidying up the yard, or watering the houseplants!

Andrea spent 10 days taking care of my dog Vince, my home & all the outdoor plants. She always does an amazing job and I will continue to use her without any hesitation.

Andrea looked after our two dogs in our home for three days and was fantastic! She took great care of them, including three walks a day, play and feeding, and multiple medications for our older dog. She kept us informed with regular texts, photos and videos each day. She left the house clean and the dogs very happy and healthy. Would definitely rebook with Andrea!!

Harmonogram
I am a passionate multi-hyphenate freelancer, and every day looks a bit different! My main gigs are teaching yoga at local rec centres and universities, and pet sitting here on Rover. I'm also getting my MA at a distance program offered by UVic, so I spend most of my days reading and writing. On days I am working, I am usually gone anywhere from 2 to 6 hours.
