Anastasia was amazing. She busted before we left to ask about the cats and their routine. She spent time each day with the cats while we were away playing with them ,feeding them and clearing the litter tray . I can’t recommend her enough.

Anastasia had taken good care of my cat Sandy when I was away for 3 days, throughout the whole interaction she was friendly and helpful and as expected everything was left very clean and Sandy was fed according to my instructions. Great experience.

My little poodle Robert loves Anastasiia! She is reliable and trustworthy. Robert has enjoyed drop-in visits with Anastasiia, my lovely pet is always happy and tuckered-out when returning home. Robert is looking forward to seeing Anastasiia again.

Anastasia was initially accommodating when a booking had to be changed. However, she did not request a meet and greet before working with Dexter. Despite her profile advertising that she can walk dogs as big as over 45kg, she struggled to walk my 22kg labrador puppy. I provided a lead to reduce his pulling, but she did not use it. She also lost his name tag. She then cancelled future walks without asking Rover to refund the upcoming payment, leading to a lengthy discussion between Rover support and me. I had requested a long-term sitter, and she did not disclose leaving the city for over a month when accepting initially but did do this a week later when she no longer wished to support Dexter.

Anastasia was very good and did the dog sitting in a professional manner. She went out of her way to meet up beforehand to get to know Heidi and communicated well throughout. I recommend her.
