Hello, my name is Anastasia! I'm an art historian and lecturer, and a devoted dog lover. I live with a calm 6-year-old English Cocker Spaniel, and while I’d love to have more dogs, I put my love into caring for others’ furry companions. I’ve been raising and training dogs for over 7 years — from playful puppies to calm adults. I’ve completed several courses in obedience and dog behavior, so I know how to respond to different needs and personalities with patience and care. One of my key strengths is working with anxious and highly social dogs who struggle to be alone — I’m almost always at home and lead a quiet lifestyle, so we make the perfect team. I live in a peaceful, green area in Amsterdam-Noord, just 7 minutes from Noordpark metro station. My private house with a fully fenced garden allows dogs to safely enjoy fresh air and outdoor time throughout the day. We’re also surrounded by lovely parks like Noorderpark and Vliegenbos, and there’s even a cozy doghouse in the living room for dogs who need their own quiet corner.

Anastasia really helped us and Luna out in a tough situation, showing great responsiveness and flexibility as we had to coordinate pick up/drop offs in unexpected locations and dates. Our pup Luna seemed very comfortable with her, and we loved receiving picture updates of their daily activities. Would definitely book with Anastasia again!

Harmonogram
Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I work as a freelancer. A couple of days a week I work from home on my laptop, and the rest of the time I edit videos from my phone — which means I’m flexible and almost always at home. I'm always happy to welcome dogs into my space and give them the time, attention, and calm presence they need.

At my home, dogs can enjoy a secure, enclosed garden where they can safely play or relax in the fresh air. They’re never alone — my own dog, a very calm and gentle English Cocker Spaniel, is always around for quiet company. He’s not aggressive at all and gets along well with other dogs. I make sure each dog feels safe and at ease, whether they prefer cuddles, quiet time, or playful walks in the nearby parks.

A typical day starts with a morning walk between 7:00 and 9:00 in the park, followed by breakfast at home. After that, I sit down at my desk to work, while the dogs nap peacefully in a calm and quiet space. Around lunchtime, I eat in the garden — the dogs enjoy some free time in the fenced garden, stretch their legs, and play a bit. Then I return to work, and the house stays quiet so the dogs can rest undisturbed. At 19:00, we head out for our evening walk to wrap up the day.
