I’ve been surrounded and taken care of dogs since the age of around 9. Friends & family have relied on me to sometimes walk, feed, groom & bathe their dogs. I have also been trusted and taken care and looked after family’s dogs for long periods of time whilst they have been away.

We’ve trusted Amy several times to care for our dog Reggie . He’s a mini schnauzer with lots of energy, he always has a lovely time with Amy who showers him with attention and takes him on lots of adventurous walks - he rarely wants to come home! Cannot recommend her enough as a dog Walker or pet sitter.
Amy looked after my 2 cats whilst we went away for the weekend and I could not recommend her highly enough. The cats absolutely loved her. Our eldest is quite shy but completely came out of her shell with Amy, she was sending photo updates over the days we were away. 10/10 would not trust them with anyone else now. Thanks Amy!
Amy has been such a help to us with our pooch, always being there at short notice to take her out for walks when we haven’t been able to. So caring and such a sweetie, our pup loves her and gives a wiggle when she sees her arrive as knows there are good things to come. Highly recommend .
Amy is the kindest, sweetest dog loving person I know. Our dog Stanley loves her so much (more than he loves me!) and little doggies don't lie 💕 when she's around, he follows her everywhere. She talks to him, takes care of him and goes out of her way to make sure he's happy. She is honest, reliable and trustworthy. Amy loves all animals with a special affection for dogs. I trust her completely to regularly look after Stanley when I go away.
Amy is definitely a 100% dog lover. She has a natural way of communicating with our fluffy companions too, keeping them entertained. Like a dog whisperer, she understands their needs & when they need to rest or play. Amy sees warning signs of an unhappy or unwell cainine too. She is very energetic & has a happy outgoing personality & simply loves walking our dogs, showing total responsibility at all times. We have 5 dogs in our family, small & not so small-Amy bonds with them all, calling them her ‘best friends’. I have no hesitation in recommending Amy to take good care of your furry friends.

Schedule
I’m currently working however I am looking to start my own business with dog walking/dog sitting with the right qualifications so with my experience of looking after family and friends pets, I am looking to get used to dog walking and dog sitting dogs that I do not know and get used to a routine and different breeds of dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
When in another owners home, I will make sure the dogs are safe with the surroundings eg. no goods or food in sight that dogs can eat or destroy and are comfortable with me being there. Providing as much love to the dog as possible. Being patient with any difficult/older dogs. Being mindful of health and safety within another persons home.
Pets
A typical day
I love to get dogs out on a nice long walk, lots of ball throwing, lots of swimming if your dog likes and wants to go swimming. There are lots of lovely places I like to take families dogs that are very enjoyable. If you have a more senior dog I will also make sure the walk is fitting well with your dog.
