I worked in an exotic vet hospital for 7 years which is also a wildlife rehab facility. Prior to that I have raised and cared for animals of all species of my own my whole life. Whether fury, feather, scales, or more I love just about every living being & critter. I will care for your pets like they were my own. *Making a note that poisonous/venomous or illegal animals are not acceptable or allowed. I have experience with reptiles like geckos, bearded dragons like my own, iguanas, turtles, birds of all shapes, color, and sizes, some farm animals, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, and things of the like. Animals that are venomous or harmful are excluded.*

I frequently walk my dogs and can take yours around the neighborhood as well, lots of dog toys, pats and belly rubs, and can crate your pup if needed. I'm also willing to help with some trainings and house breaking if requested.

Amanda did a phenomenal job taking care of our two dogs for a long weekend - we strongly recommend her! She sent regular updates with photos which clearly showed how much our dogs were smitten by her and how much fun they were having - including our young dog who can take a while to warm up to people! Amanda was highly communicative about her schedule. She let us know immediately when she had a family emergency on the last day that would impact how many hours during the day she’d be available to hang out at home with our dogs. We offered to try to find someone else to pop in, but she coordinated everything so that she could be back to spend time taking care of them every couple of hours (well within the limit of how long they can hold it). We were so impressed by her thoughtfulness, professionalism, and care for our pups even when she had something else going on! We would book Amanda again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her for in-home pet care.
Amanda is so patient and so understanding to my badly behaved Delta. She is a pleasure to work with and is an excellent knowledgeable resource as she’s a vet assistant
Amanda was AMAZING for our house sitting booking. She took such good care of our pitbull and cat. She really connects with animals and they absolutely love her. Our cat, who normally hates strangers and always hides, was curled up on her lap by the first night. We will definitely be booking her again!
Amanda took great care of our pup with lots of outdoor fun and hikes, and was so kind and generous!
I love Amanda! She is a hard worker and has taken exceptional care of my pets. I trust her because she has pets of her own and is also educated in veterinary medicine. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my fur babies. Thank you Amanda!!
Amanda was wonderful taking care of my anxious puppy the day after I adopted her, when I had to work a 12 hour shift. She stayed with her all day, played with her outside, and most importantly cuddled her as well. She met all of her needs and more! I highly recommend her!

Schedule
I care for and hang out with my fur babies, but there's plenty of room and time for more friendly faces. I work hard so my pets can have a good life.
