I work full time 9-5 monday thru friday but can be available before and after work. I am very flexible and can be available last minute. I work in Hauppauge so I can easily just on the highway if need be. I have no issue with getting up early in the morning to care for an animal before work as long as I get a text the night before.

I scoop cat litter 4-5x a week and give wet food for dinner and dry in the morning. One of my cats requires medicine morning and night. My other cat requires medicine at night. They do also go outside when supervised.

I have three cats, two of which require medicine 1-2x per day. I had two dogs growing up that I walked and fed very often. My dad has two birds that I have had to feed/give fresh water to when he goes on vacation. I have also owned a guinea pig as well as a hamster and a gerbil so I have no issues with small animals.

I hired Allison to help me with my 16 year old dog, Oreo while I was traveling and Oreo was staying with my mom, who isn't very mobile. Oreo has kidney disease and needs to take medicine every day, but that sometimes requires chasing her around until you can corner her to sit still and then battling with her until she swallows her pills. Since I knew my mom wouldn't be able to give Oreo her medicine or take her for walks, I needed someone to help. I asked Allison to come every morning to give Oreo her pill, brush her teeth, and take her for a walk. Allison came on time every day and did everything exactly as we discussed. She also sent me photos when she took Oreo on walks. It worked out great and I would highly recommend working with her.
Allison loves all animals having been raised with dogs, cats, parrots and fish. She values the soul of every animal and understands well that they are family members to many and deserve the best care and lots of love just like us.
