I've always had at least one dog & cat in the house, and have been a long-time go-to for many as a sitter/walker/drop-in care taker for both dogs and cats! I can also "nanny" dogs at events such as weddings! I have helped deliver puppies, administer medications, and know how to perform CPR on animals. I've volunteered many hours at humane societies, and am familiar with all breeds of dogs, old and young, and know how to work with reactive dogs. I believe pets are family, and deserve the same love and care as we do! I also believe in safety first around pets, and can be trusted to work delicately with all types of personalities. I am honest, compassionate, and reliable, and look forward to helping others navigate their busy lives while honoring the health and safety of their furr babies!

Safety, trust & environment
I always respect instructions/notes from owners, so there should be peace of mind knowing I do not push my personal pet care preferences/opinions. When in other's homes, I am always aware of open doors, food & toys left out, etc. - anything that could be a concern or safety hazard around your pet. If introducing pets to one another, I am careful to slowly and respectfully introduce them. I do not encourage "naughty" behaviors, and try to keep my pets polite by not allowing begging or jumping. Even if dogs can be trusted off-leash, (While working with others' pets) I always leash outside of the home to ensure trust and safety :)

Allison has taken on our puppy Ash while he is healing from his fractured growth plate in his knee. At only 5 months old and no activity (per Dr's orders) I knew I needed someone to come visit him on longer days that he would be alone. I appreciate her greatly coming to hang out with him for drop ins as he is a puppy and I know he can be psycho sometimes. :)

I have known Allison for over 15 years. In that time I have never met someone so in love and caring towards dogs. Allison has 2 dogs of her own that live great lives full of love and care. Allison is also responsible, trustworthy and professional. I couldn't come up with a better person to be giving care to someone else's pets as I know she loves them all as her own.

Schedule
Summer/fall I have a mostly free schedule, so I can be very flexible with your pet care needs! Week days during the day are times that would work best. Can be available certain weekends/overnights!
