During the day when I’m home (which is most of the time, as I work from home), your dog will be loose in the house with my dog. At night and if I have to step out for an errand, your dog will be in their crate in a designated room which is thoroughly cleaned before your dog’s stay. The crate is for their own protection so they don’t eat something bad out of separation anxiety and so they can feel safe and calm in their cozy space, which will be made up with any blankets and toys they brought. There is a motion activated camera for me to be able to monitor that everything is still OK. They usually get enough play time here that they just snooze during crate time. I have a fenced yard. When I am at home, your dog will have yard play time at regular intervals and continuous access to fresh water.

Information Allison B. would like to know about your pet
I cannot accept wolf or coyote mixes or any dog with a history of aggression or biting. I will need proof of up-to-date vaccines and preventative meds (rabies, bordatella, leptospirosis, DA2PP, heartworm & flea/tick). (Your vet should be able to email you this). All dogs, male and female, must be fixed.
A typical day
Yard play time is usually the most stimulating for the dogs. It’s like dog park summer camp for them. If appropriate for your dog, they can join my regular morning walks.

Pet care experience
I work from home, so your pup will have plenty of potty breaks and fenced outside play time during the day. I have many years of experience sitting for neighbors’ dogs and raising and training my own 9 year old Golden Retriever, as well as having grown up with dogs. I worked with a fantastic dog trainer who taught me how to read their body language and communicate with them effectively. I understand well that consistency and routine are super important for dogs to be at ease especially as they learn a new environment!
Reviews

Being my first time away as a dog mom, I was extremely nervous. Nova was extremely nervous as well. But Allison was great. She kept me updated with pictures and updates on how Nova was doing. It allowed me to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova. ❤️ 🐕🦺

Allison took great care of Clark for us. He enjoyed making friends with her dog and came home happy!

Took great care of my two "senior" puppies! Will use Allison again

Allison took good care of Whiskey and sent us daily photos.
