During the school year I teach 2nd grade, but during the summer I spend more time at home taking care of my husband and toy poodle. Naturally, pet care is a high priority for me and so it is treated just the same for your pets as well.

My pets are out and about in the house wherever they feel comfortable which is usually wherever I am. During the day it’s fine for them to do so but at night we keep them out of the bedroom. Meal times are supervised and not free fed. They have playtime’s whenever they want but usually they are just slumming it out and being lazy. Walks and outside time are more frequent when the weather is nice.

I love to take brief strolls around the block. Playing fetch and watching how each doggie runs and hops differently. Fun games like indoor hide and seek. Disappear behind the blanket. I had a Great Dane that would go complete bonkers over a good magic trick.

I’ve always had pets growing up from reptiles to birds. Dogs and cats. Fish and even small exotic animals. Always well informed on care for each and every one.

Alissa was really great with our dog. She communicated everything very clearly and even sent us super cute pics! She was even mindful to let us know we were low on dog food before we ran out. It was nice to know our baby was in good hands while we were away.
