Nala’s Doggy Daycare for small dogs
Hi, I’m Alice! Three years ago, my golden girl Nala came into my life - and she brought a whole pack of friends with her. I first started rover as I love looking after dogs and with the added benefit of Nala having a playmate. Since then, I’ve built up a wonderful group of regular pups who join us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday’s each week. What started as a passion has grown into a little community of familiar faces (and wagging tails), where every dog feels right at home. Our little crew is the cutest club - mostly small poodle mixes, mostly girls (though a few special boys have earned their place!), and all around the same age, which means the energy is perfectly matched and the playtime never stops. They genuinely love each other’s company, and it shows. Many of them come for boarding for a couple of weeks at a time and our door is always open to new fluffy faces whether that be a one off or a regular spot. Having my own dog means I truly understand what it’s like to hand over your beloved pet (or child as I call Nala) into someone else’s care - and I don’t take that trust lightly. My home is a calm, loving environment where dogs are treated as part of our family. What you can expect: A safe, settled environment with a sociable but respectful resident dog Constant love, cuddles and belly rubs Great socialisation and confidence building A ready-made friendship group of playful, like-minded pups on core days Consistent weekly availability Photo and video updates A sitter who will love your dog like her own child Having spent 2024 working in Battersea dogs home as a kennel volunteer I have increased knowledge, understanding and training on dog behaviour, it was the best year working there I enjoyed it so much and it was very special. Before that I have looked after dogs all my life with our 3 border terriers, then moving to London I have looked after all our friends dogs. We spend most days at home together and she loves having other dogs over to play with and spend her days with, I love caring for all dogs and making them feel at home.

Alice was fantastic - super communicative and flexible, and clearly loves dogs - and Buddy seemed to have a great time playing with Nala!
Alice was kind enough to take Frida in with such a short notice when we had a very last minute trip! Frida is a shy and nervous daxie who needs someone capable of understanding her. And from Alice's updates throughout the weekend I could see Frida was happy, all settled in and became friends with Alice's dog, Nala, really quick! I'm more than happy to recommend and use Alice's services again in the future.
Billy had the best day with Alice, Nala and others! Such a cute home from home day care. We will definitely be back!!!
Alice really came through on a short notice booking, and as always is an amazing sitter with Poker! From the (many) wonderful videos, I can certainly see how much of a great time he had with Alice and his other furry friends. Thank you so much!

Alice is a fantastic sitter. She looked after my 8 month old puppy Winnie, for two weeks and took such great care of her. Providing daily photos and videos, I could see how happy and loved Winnie was. Would highly recommend.

Harmonogram
I currently work from home, spending every day with Nala with plenty of time for morning playtime, trips to the coffee shop, walks on the common at lunch time. late afternoon and more playtime, plenty of space for naps and chill time and I have a garden which they will have access to all day. The dream is to start my own doggy daycare!

We have a fenced secured garden which your dog will have access to at all times of the day, with a play area and lots of bedding, toys, blankets, water bowls and a big sofa in the kitchen for cuddles and a crate for overnight if needed. Nala still has some accidents in the house so don’t worry if your dog is young, I usually take them for a one hour walk at lunch time with the common right on my doorstep.

Welcome the morning dogs as I now have 2 or 3 regulars. The usually morning starts off lively with them all happy to see each other and taking in the sniffs, then we open breakfast club where they are all supervised to make sure they are eating out of their own bowls, followed by outside garden time for morning business. This is usually followed by more playtime either with each other or with toys or snoozes for those less inclined to play. We head out at lunch time for an hours walk on Wandsworth common where I find a good spot for some off lead time (owner preference permitted) for some chasing and play. The afternoon is usually quieter with some light play, snoozes, sofa cuddles and garden time before getting ready for pick up.
