Your dog’s new bestie!
I have grown up with animals my entire life, from cats and dogs to goats and horses, so have plentiful experience with all! I love being outdoors and active and already spend most of my free time taking my own dog for walks on the greenway or hikes in the mountains. I am extremely reliable and work from home with a very flexible schedule so am open to all types of pet care!

Always on-time. True life saver for my dog hunter
Alexis is the BEST! I had to go out of town for a last minute work trip and she kept my dog Finn. She was able to squeeze him in and exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for someone who is flexible, provides personalized care, well educated, and great with pets, make sure you book with her as I HIGHLY reccommend. I will be using Alexis in the future!!!
Alexis watched my dog Pickles while I was out of town and it was like my dog didn’t even miss me lol. She did an amazing job keeping Pickles entertained and safe. She followed Pickles’ schedule to a tee and made sure that everything was as normal as possible for her and sent lots of pictures so I didn’t miss out too. 10/10 recommend
Alexis watched my baby Honey while I went home to visit my family for the weekend. Honey will normally let me know how she feels by her temperament the few days after and she was SO HAPPY! I can’t thank Alexis enough for taking such good care of my sweet girl!

Zeitplan
I work from home majority of the time so will have plenty of time to spend with your pet! I’m open to boarding/day care in my own home or available to travel for walks if your pet is more comfortable staying home. In the fall and winter months, I’m home most weekends so would have a lot of opportunity for weekend boarding as well!

I have an almost 7 year old fur baby of my own who loves company and getting to play with other dogs. She gets spoiled with multiple walks a day on my work from home days and we have a few dog parks within walking distance that we utilize frequently. I live near downtown Lincolnton so am in a very safe and dog friendly area. If your pet prefers to be the only dog, I would be more than willing to make a couple trips per day to your home for some outdoor time and walks, as my work schedule is extremely flexible. My dog was crate trained as a puppy so I do have experience with that and would be more than willing to help with training during the day if your dog needed midday walks but was still getting comfy in their crate!
