Alexandria saved the day for us. We had a last minute request to watch Nala for a couple of hours and we were so grateful to have her accept it. She sent pictures and kept us updated even thought we only needed her for a couple of hours. If I’m ever in the area again and need a sitter, I will definitely be reaching out to her!

My sitter was kind and it’s clear she genuinely cares about animals, which I really appreciated. However, I did have some concerns regarding time management and communication. I had stressed the importance of my dog receiving her anti-seizure medication at a specific time. During the stay, there was a delay of close to an hour, and I had to reach out myself to confirm that the medication had been given. I also noticed she wasn’t at the home around the scheduled time, which made me feel uneasy. I completely understand that unexpected situations like traffic can happen, and she did apologize. That said, proactive communication would have made a big difference. A quick message about the delay would have helped ease my concerns, especially when it involves medication. Overall, she seems caring and well-intentioned, but I would recommend improving communication and punctuality—particularly for pets with strict medical needs.

Alexandria went above and beyond for my dog. I’ll definitely be booking her in the future.

Alexandria was great! Sent lots of pictures, very friendly and communicative.

My cat seemed to have a very good time, however we did not receive many updates and the large bag of food and full box of extra litter was not returned to us. The amount of food we left should have lasted over a month and it was all used. There are also more pets in the house than noted on the profile.
