I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have been dog sitting since high school, so caring for dogs truly feels second nature to me. I understand how important consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement are, especially for young dogs who are still learning routines, leash manners, and boundaries. I’m comfortable reinforcing basic commands, helping with leash manners, and supporting house-training habits during drop-ins and walks. During walks, I use secure leashes and harnesses (as provided), avoid unsafe areas, and stay alert to surroundings at all times. I tailor walks to your dog’s comfort level—whether that means a brisk walk, a slower-paced stroll, or extra time for sniffing and enrichment. For drop-ins at your home, I respect your space and stick closely to your routine. I make sure your dog has fresh water, is fed as instructed, gets potty breaks, playtime, and affection, and I check doors, gates, and crates to ensure everything is secure before leaving. I’m especially attentive with puppies and make sure they get safe play, calm time, and consistency with any training you’re working on. I provide detailed updates and photos after every visit so you always know how your dog is doing. I treat every home and dog with the same care and respect I would want for my own.
