Hi, my name is Alexandra and I have over 15 years of professional pet and house sitting experience. I have owned different types of pets including dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, and rabbits. I also have experience taking care of kittens and puppies. I’ve volunteered at the local animal rescue in Oaxaca, Mexico for a summer and I am physically active and enjoy going on walks often in the neighborhood. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. Feel safe knowing your lovely companion is being taken care of by someone who loves animals and kids! I can also provide references and referral letters filled with past professional experience so you know your pet is receiving the best care. I work as a freelancer, working from home so my schedule is very flexible and I’m available most of the day everyday of the week. I’m a very caring and empathetic person who loves caring for kids and animals.

Keeping pets safe is my goal! I always use leashes and harnesses on walks and keep dogs away from other dogs just to be on the safer side.

Alec is reliable and trustworthy. She is helpful when it comes to working with our cattle dog who can get riled up around other dogs. Alec give great feedback and is willing to try various suggestions for working with inconsistent pup behavior!
Alexandra has taken care of our aging Labrador Retriever 4 or 5 times over the last two years while we were traveling. She is incredibly kind, trustworthy and thoughtful with our pets (we have a cat also), and she sends us photos and text messages with updates while we are traveling. We know the pets are well cared for because they are sad to see her go and always happy to see her when she visits or comes to take care of them. We could not recommend Alexandra more highly and a bonus is she leaves our house in immaculate condition!
You can not find a more dependable, kind and responsible individual to leave your pet with than Alexandra. She loves dogs and they love her. She is great at keeping to the schedule and routine you have established to keep your dog safe and healthy. She enjoys taking them for a walk and takes time to play with them and give them lots of love and attention. You can rest easy and not worry about your dogs when they are in her care.
