Pet sitting fits naturally into my routine. Because I’m out walking dogs every day, your dog will join me on one or two of my regular walks, getting plenty of exercise, stimulation and social time. When we’re home, they won’t be left alone — my wife works from home, so your dog will always have company from her and our friendly Sproodle between walks.

Safety, trust & environment

Your dog will be welcomed into a relaxed, family‑oriented home with plenty of space to settle in and feel comfortable. We have a secure, fully fenced garden for safe outdoor time, and inside the house there’s room for both peaceful naps and full‑on zoomies. We share our home with our gentle 5‑year‑old Sproodle, my wife, and our two children (12 and 9), all of whom are used to being around dogs and love having four‑legged visitors. We aim to make your dog feel like part of the family from the moment they arrive. At night, most dogs choose to sleep in our bedroom or at the foot of our bed—whatever helps them feel most at ease. If you prefer your dog to be crated, we’re more than happy to accommodate that too. Above all, we want your dog to feel at home while they’re missing you. They’ll have company, comfort, and a calm environment where they can relax, play, and enjoy their stay.

To make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and well‑cared for, I’d love to know a bit more about their individual needs. Please share anything that will help me give them the best possible experience. ✨ Special Care or Attention Does your dog require any medications, supplements, or treatments? Are there any mobility issues, health conditions, or routines I should be aware of? ✨ Daily Exercise Preferences How much exercise would you like your dog to have each day? What type of activity do they enjoy most (walks, playtime, fetch, mental stimulation games)? ✨ Triggers, Anxieties, and Behaviour Notes Are there any situations, sounds, or environments that make your dog nervous or reactive? How do they typically respond to other dogs, people, or new places? ✨ Treats, Food, and Feeding Guidelines Are special treats allowed? Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or foods to avoid? Do you have preferred treats or snacks they especially love? ✨ Anything Else You’d Like Me to Know Routines, quirks, comfort items, commands they know, or anything that helps them feel at home.

A typical day

An average day with us is designed to give your dog the perfect mix of fun, comfort, and routine. They’ll enjoy plenty of daily exercise, with walks along the beautiful nearby routes that offer lots of new smells and scenery to explore. If your dog enjoys games, they’re welcome to join in with our own dog’s favourite pastime—fetch. It’s a great way for them to burn off energy and have a bit of playful interaction. There’s also no shortage of affection in our home. My children adore spending gentle, supervised time with dogs and are always excited to get to know a new furry friend. They’re very good at reading boundaries and giving space when it’s needed, so your dog will never feel overwhelmed. Between activities, your dog will have plenty of opportunities to relax—whether that’s curling up in a cosy spot, stretching out in a quiet room, or simply enjoying some calm company. We make sure every dog gets the right balance of stimulation and downtime so they feel settled, happy, and at home.

A Pet loving family

Pet care experience

Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — at one point my family had five at once, from energetic Border Collies to sweet Cocker Spaniels. Growing up in a house full of wagging tails taught me patience, confidence, and a genuine love for caring for dogs of all shapes and personalities. Today, I share my home with our family Sproodle, who keeps me smiling and on my toes. After 20 years working in civil engineering, I made the decision to follow my heart and become a full‑time dog walker and pet carer. It’s the best move I’ve ever made. I bring reliability, calm energy, and a true passion for making every dog feel safe, happy, and understood. Whether your pup loves long adventures, gentle strolls, or just some company and affection, I’m here to make sure they’re treated like one of my own. I’d love to meet your dog and become someone they’re excited to see.

Adrian is fantastic with animals. He is caring and loving towards them. I believe he has had pets from an early age and it shows. Thw family and home are lovely, your pets will be well cared for as if they were his own. I highly recommend him for dog walking or boarding your dogs.

I’ve known Adrian for several years, I found him to be reliable, trustworthy and a great animal loving person. Although I don’t have a dog I know dogs have been part of his life from childhood. Adrian on occasions has looked after my cats while I’ve been away coming in to feed them and on occasions cleaning up if they have been sick. He is a loving family man and I know his own dog is very much part of the family.

Adrian genuinely cares about and loves animals. The term a man’s best friend was designed for Adrian. I have no issues with leaving my dog with Adrian; I know he will have a great adventure.
