I am currently working remotely with a fairly flexible schedule so I can work with you to figure out a timing that works best for everyone. I would love to have your dog come be my office companion for the day and accompany me on my lunchtime walk around the neighborhood.

I have a fenced yard and an animal-free home. There is almost always someone home, but in the odd case there isn’t I am very happy to either crate the dog or make sure it is in a safe secure environment. Having had a very large dog that others found intimidating I learned well how to read other dogs on dog walks and know how to keep your dog safe.

Any dog or people reactivity, I can work with it and take them somewhere quiet so long as I’m aware ahead of time, in his senior years my Great Dane became dog selective but never had an incident.
A typical day
I love working out a dog both physically and mentally! I will ensure there is enough time to sniff, while also getting out physical energy. Where necessary I’m happy to help work on basic leash training and other simple tricks as well.

We needed a sitter on very short notice to attend a funeral in Fernie BC. We travelled from Calgary the day before the funeral and our checkout time the next day was before the funeral. Abra came to the rescue. She send us pics and updates. Max looked very relaxed with Abra. We needed flexible times because we had no idea how long the services and reception would last. Abra took great care of Max and gave us the stress free freedom to say goodbye to a cherished family member.
Tuna had a great time with Abra. She was very attentive and gave us great photo updates!
Abra was amazing ! We had a meet and greet the day before just to ensure she would be comfortable. Great communication and updates as soon as I dropped her off ! Will be definitely be using her services when we come back again to fernie :)
Loki spent two daycare days with Abra while we were vacationing in Fernie. He enjoyed his time and was well taken care of. She provided updates about his stay and communication was good.
