When I’m caring for pets in your home, I treat them just like one of my own. Every pet I meet instantly becomes my baby while they’re in my care — I give them the same love, attention, and structure I give to the dogs I work with every day at the daycare. I make sure their routine stays consistent, from walks and meals to playtime and cuddles. I’m big on communication, so I’ll keep you updated with photos, notes, and little details about how they’re doing while you’re away. Whether your pet loves belly rubs, long walks, or quiet couch time, I’ll match their energy and make them feel safe, loved, and completely at home. At this time, I’m not offering boarding in my home, as one of my dogs is uncomfortable around unfamiliar animals. Her well-being—and the comfort of your pet—are both very important to me. I’m more than happy to provide drop-ins, walks, or care in your home to ensure a safe and stress-free experience for everyone!

A typical day
I love keeping pets active, happy, and mentally engaged! Depending on your dog’s personality and energy level, I tailor each day to fit what they love most. For high-energy pups, that might mean long walks, fetch sessions, or fun games like tug-of-war or chase in the yard. For more relaxed dogs, I focus on slow strolls, cuddle time, and enrichment toys to keep their minds busy. Since I work at a doggie daycare, I’ve learned tons of ways to keep playtime both fun and safe. I’m great at reading body language and adjusting the pace so every dog feels comfortable. I’ll also make sure they get plenty of fresh air, water breaks, and quiet time when they need it. Whether it’s exploring the neighborhood, practicing basic commands for extra mental stimulation, or simply spending quality time together, I make sure every pet gets the perfect mix of play, love, and care. My goal is for your pet to feel happy, tired, and loved by the end of each visit — just like they would after a fun day with their favorite person.

Pet care experience
Animals have always been at the center of my life — dogs, cats, parrots, pigs, you name it! I’ve been surrounded by animals since I was little, and caring for them has always come naturally. I have over 5 years of professional experience working hands-on with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Right now, I work at a doggie daycare, where I spend my days making sure every pup is happy, exercised, and socialized safely. Before that, I worked for a breeder, helping care for puppies and adult dogs, learning about behavior, health, and early training. I’ve built a strong understanding of how to handle everything from shy rescues to high-energy working breeds — with patience, structure, and love. At home, I have a sweet black lab named Lily, who’s truly my best friend and constant reminder of why I do what I do. She’s taught me so much about communication, routine, and unconditional love — lessons I bring to every pet I care for. What sets me apart from other sitters is how deeply I care — every pet I meet instantly becomes my baby. I don’t just “watch” animals; I connect with them. Because of my daycare and breeder background, I understand both the fun and responsibility that come with pet care. I notice the little things — changes in mood, appetite, or body language — and I always prioritize comfort and safety. I’m not afraid to get on the floor and play, take long walks in any weather, or just sit quietly with a nervous pup until they relax. My whole lifestyle revolves around animals, and it shows in the care I provide. Whether it’s your dog, cat, or something a little more unique, I’ll treat them with the same love and respect I give my own Lily.

Reviews
She is very professional and communicated very well. Will book again in future

Abigail has been great with our Josie girl! Quickly responds, on time, and provides cute photo updates during their walk. She even came to meet Josie prior to their first walk together. Highly recommend and will be booking with her going forward!
