We had a successful meet and greet two weeks before our scheduled boarding and Rick felt confident to manage our dog's personality. Rick understood our dog's reactive issue and kept close watch on her during her stay. He sent us daily photos and videos and communicated with during our dog's five day stay. Sidni was always super friendly, sweet and she communicated with my wife and I throughout the day. Our elderly dog is fearful and fragile and Kelly was able to make her feel right at home very quickly. Aside from that, she is a lovely person who really cares about the dogs she takes care of. We will definitely leave Shorty with her again and I highly recommend her to anyone.”
