About: Hi! We’re Charlotte and Lucas. We’re animal lovers who have always had pets as part of our family, and caring for them is one of our favorite parts of daily life. Right now, we have a golden retriever who thinks everyone is his best friend and three cats who each have their own personalities. Our pets, as well as our lifetime of experience as pet caregivers has taught us how to juggle different needs, from high-energy walks to quiet cuddle time. We understand what it’s like to worry when you’re away from your pets, so we make sure the animals we care for feel loved, safe, and at home. Whether it’s tossing a ball until your pup is tired, giving extra patience to a shy cat, or just keeping up with daily routines, we will treat your pets just like our own! Taking care of pets is already part of our everyday life. We have a golden retriever and three cats at home, so our days naturally revolve around feeding, walks, play, and snuggles. Because we’re so used to that routine, it feels easy and natural to make time for other pets too. Between the two of us, we’re flexible with mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Depending on the day and time, either one of us will be available, and we’ll clearly communicate that with you when booking so you know who to expect. At the end of the day, we both just enjoy having more chances to spend time with animals. We know how important it is to feel confident that your pets are safe and cared for when you’re not there. When we’re in a client’s home, we’re respectful of your space and careful to follow your routines. We pay attention to details like locked doors, leashes, and food instructions, because we know consistency helps pets feel calm and secure. Most of all, we want you to feel at ease knowing your pets are being treated with the same love and care we give our own.

About: I love pets of all sizes and breeds, and am happy to make sure they each get plenty of exercise and play time! My 2 year old pup, Goose, loves meeting new buddies and is an excellent playmate!😊 I am home Monday-Friday so I’m able to keep up with frequent potty breaks if needed. Goose and I love having extra work from home buddies! I am happy to replicate any animals’ routine to keep them as comfortable and happy as possible while their people are away. You can enjoy your travels knowing your pets are safe and well taken care of - with plenty of photo updates!

About: I've been caring for my own pets since I was old enough to open a can of cat food! I've had cats and/or dogs in my home since birth, and I absolutely adore caring for them. I've also cared for a five-foot iguana we had for 13 wonderful years, birds, turtles, a lovely ferret, fish, aquatic dwarf frogs, guinea pigs, and hamsters. Fins, fur, or feathers--I love and care for them all with great kindness and attention. I am self-employed and work fully online. If you have an internet service in your home, I can stay overnight! My schedule is very flexible, and I enjoy traveling, so if you live a bit farther away, I'm happy to help! My home is already occupied by several timid cats, so I'd prefer to care for your pets at their home, where they feel safe and comfortable. I'll visit as often, and for as long, as you'd like in order to provide your furbaby with the level of care needed, and I'll strive to go above and beyond this with TLC.

About: Becoming a pet sitter was a really natural process for me. I love animals and am very open to helping others. I started by becoming the go-to pet sitter for my friends and family, and then I found out about Rover! I offer both dog boarding and house sitting, as well as walks, drop ins and daycare. No matter what your dog needs, I can help! I'm lucky enough to have a flexible schedule that allows me to work from home every Summer. This allows me to supervise the animals in my care, and to provide them with lots of attention. I've had several dogs in my life with special needs like mobility issues or old age, so I know how to be mindful of these conditions. I'm easygoing, friendly and polite, it's not hard for humans or dogs to get along with me! When I'm not sitting I love gardening and baking. I do occasional work as a chef/baker and occasionally do some consulting work in those fields. I'm active and love hiking and walking around Craftsbury and the NEK. I genuinely care about all people, I enjoy doing nice things and love my friends and family. You can be confident that I will care for your pet and provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing your animal is with someone who loves them. I was active on Rover for a little less than a year back in Chicago and developed great relationships with many families, several of whom were regularly in contact for ongoing doggy care. I moved to Vermont to attend Sterling College to study Sustainable Food Systems and Social Justice. I love being in the NEK and will be here for years to come thanks to my partner's job. My full time employment fluctuates which makes pet sitting an ideal supplemental gig for me. Because Rover charges by the night-- I appreciate it if you pay for an additional night if you need me to stay past 10 AM the day of departure. Thanks! About: Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do on the side—it’s what I’ve built real experience in. I’ve worked hands-on with dogs for over three years in professional settings, including daycare, boarding, and off-leash adventures, and my most recent role was at a training facility where I learned how to safely manage dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I also own a dog of my own, so I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. My goal is always to provide structured, attentive, and genuinely loving care so every dog feels safe, happy, and understood. I am also attending school to become a professional canine trainer. Pet care is my entire life. I have dedicated all 7 days of the week and 365 days of the year towards taking care of others and my own animals. Need last minute boarding due to a family emergency? I’m your girl. Everything else closed when you have work? I’m your girl. Taking a weekend trip but no where is open? I’m. Your. Girl. I am not only here for the convenience of you but also your beloved furry friends My yard is currently not fenced,(fence coming soon!) but I do offer leash training for more enjoyable walking experiences. I do daily walks for all dogs no matter the training level they are at. I have 1 very friendly lab mix who would keep your dog friendly dogs company, and I also offer special care for those special pups who are more people dogs than dog dogs for no additional charge. If your dog is crate trained they will be crated for bedtime (9pm-6am) with overnight potty breaks if your pup requires them as well. I keep all dogs and cats separated. Dogs have the downstairs of the home, and cats have the upstairs. I am comfortable with administering basically any medication except needles, the only needle exception being for diabetic animals.

About: Have taken care of dogs and cats since I was a child for both friends and family. I provide loving care for your home and pets to give a peace of mind while you're away. I work primarily remotely and have reliable transportation for all weather conditions. My kids are respectful of their pets and are home every other week. I have a large farm property and a friendly dog just waiting to wag her tail for a new friend to play with. My cat is very friendly and keeps to himself.

About: This is my full-time job and I love it. I have experience working as a packleader for 3 years at the Petlodge, that Included training along with being able to provide comfort, love and respect with your animal as well as yourself. One day I would like open my own doggie daycare and boarding business, Called The PawLife has moved to the North East Kingdom, I currently live in east hardwick. I am willing to travel as far as Bolton, Greensboro,Stowe, Wolcott, Morrisville, Hyde park and Johnson areas. I am available full time have always had a dog of my own my whole life until recently and knew I wanted to work with animals for a career since. I worked at the Petlodge for about 3 years and was the pack leader of 10-30 dogs per day and some were daycare dogs and some were borders. During the holidays it was always very busy, sometimes up to 60 dogs staying, so if needed I am available for holidays and will have your schedule for your dog with his/her info. At the petlodge I was also the person who handled the dogs who needed extra attention, such as rescues,dogs who preferred to be alone,pitbulls or special needs dogs. I am more affordable then dog resorts or lodges. Most importantly I also provide more one on one time with your dog baby and they will have my full attention. The stay for the dog(s) for doggie daycare sittings and/boardings at my home, would consist of being fed according to their home schedule, if need to give medicine I'm also able to do that, walks, playing throughout the day along with a "nap time" half way thru the day. I have an outside area for walks and also a park close by for the dogs on good weather days. If inside they would stay in a good spaced area with me and will be able to roam free. Kennels and or dog beds, will just be used for nap time or bed time if that's what your dog is used too. I am also willing to let your dog sleep in my bed. As long as their comfortable and feel at home I don't mind. If there's dogs that don't like kennels I will set up an area for them to lay freely but still secure. I am also certified in dog and cat CPR so your animal will be in good hands. I would prefer to go to your home to watch your dog baby. I believe your dog would be more calm and have less anxiety if they aren't the ones to leave. It is probably hard enough them watching you go and would be more anxious if they had to be in a home over night where they don't know the smells, so I do like daycare/long-term stays/overnights at your home, however if there's a need for me to take the dog to my home Id be happy too. I'm also available for lesser services such as drop ins for walks outside while your away at work,doggie daycare, brush outs, baths, nail trim and light training. I currently live in Georgia, Vermont and it's my childhood home. There is a big yard and is more of a country setting. If you live around the Georgia area I'm open to boarding and house sitting here as well. Also this is very important I also ask parents please to pack a blanket, atleast one toy, leash and or harness and most importantly one of your shirts that smell like you so they feel at home.I have a wide open availability starting early morning hours from 7am into late evening . If given the chance, I know my one on one time, patience and trust for the dogs will make them fall in love with me and also works on building trust with humans. I Also would be willing to do cat sitting or other critters as well if needed. I'm very flexible and open minded so if you want me to be your pack leader and sitter just message me. Also with every booking I will be sending all parents pictures or videos of their animals stay, one AM update and one PM update, each day. Hope to gain future repeat clients for long term services provided by myself for my future petcare buisness. I currently live on 83 acres of wilderness in East Hardwick and animals are allowed of course, also have a fenced in dog yard with a dog house. For house sittings walks and drop by visits. I also took time off to have my son Dragan, in April of 2019 and due to the virus just decided to take more time off to focus on my son but I am ready to get back to work and refocused. Probably looking to start out with 2-3 clients per week then slowly build up my list of clients. My mom is watching my son for me so I am able to start rover up again, so I am able to accept requests and do what I love I always care for others furbabies as of they were my own. I also ask the client to leave a List of any instructions they may have and I try to do everything the same as you so the fur babies routine doesn't chance much.

About: I’ve had 2 dogs in my lifetime, starting from a few weeks old and caring for them through their lives. Besides personal experience, I am my friends and families go to person when it comes to pet-sitting. Walking, feeding, bathing… you name it! My patience and love for dogs will ensure your bff has a happy and safe time away from home. I currently am working from home. This means I can easily take pee breaks as often as needed. Additionally, I will be able to take longer breaks for a mid day stretch. After work, my schedule is free to play and entertain with the pups. I have a nice backyard with easily usable for pee breaks. The neighborhood I live in is small and quiet. I live alone in an house and don’t currently have any other pets.

About: I love spending time with animals! I would love to care for your pet. Very cozy and friendly environment. I have two dogs and I allow my pets on furniture, will only crate if that is preference of owner and pet. I’m looking to pet sit on weekends and evenings - preferably in my home. I can also care for your pet during the week as well. My neighborhood is perfect for exercising and walking dogs and I also love to go to a nearby trail. I’m will to watch by the hour or overnight if needed. I’ve always loved animals and have had many pets through the years - and am very experienced in dealing with their needs and giving them a lot of attention. Looking forward to caring for your pet! I work from home and have plenty of time to provide care for your pet. We will take walks and have frequent outdoor breaks and some training (if requested) I have a large back yard. It is not fenced in, however I do have leads and never leave dogs unattended in the yard. I go out with them at all times.
