About: I've grown up with large dogs my whole life-7 in total- from puppies to adulthood! I'm often called over by friends and family to take care of their dogs and cats since high school. I didn't grow up with cats but I we recently rescued two and I love them to death. We've trained each of our dogs since they were puppies. I've personally cared for many elderly dogs (my own, as well as petsitting) and have also owned a dog with a neurologic disability who would often fall ill and get fevers, and now I'm well acquainted with spotting the signs. I worked in pet boarding for nearly 2 years and I did everything from bathing, being a daycare technician, and diligently scrubbing kennels. I worked with all kinds of dogs and cats, young and old, friendly and not ao friendly. I also have experience with taking care of Rabbits, Bearded Dragons, and Ball Pythons. I have a very flexible work schedule and I can let dogs out throughout the day at any time. I prefer to house sit if the house is further away to make feeding and letting out easier. I only use a 2 finger "touch" when correcting a dog, and I'm well trained to prevent dog fights (or "arguments") and how to break them up. I worked 1.5 years full-time in dog daycare/boarding, so I'm well acquainted with dog body language and appropriate dog training.

I currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 reptiles of my own, so daily animal care is already a big part of my life. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, playtime, walks, administering routine care, potty breaks, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. I understand that every pet has a different personality and routine, and I strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and treated like family while in my care. I work full-time as a dental assistant Monday–Thursday, but I’m available before and after work and have full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I make pet care a priority and can provide plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and care to ensure your pet feels comfortable and loved while with me. I provide a safe, loving environment and follow each pet’s routine, including feeding, potty breaks, playtime, exercise, and lots of attention to keep them comfortable and happy.

“Alicia was absolutely wonderful. My fiance and I were hesitant to try Rover, but are so glad we did. Alicia came for an initial meet and greet with our dog, Apollo. He loved her from the moment he met her. Alicia met with us for quite a while and answered all of our questions and concerns - she made us feel at ease. We were impressed because before she left, she asked, "Are there any other questions or concerns you have? If you have any questions later, please feel free to ask." Alicia stayed at our house for 4.5 days. Throughout our mini vacation she was AMAZING at sending us pictures and updates. Apollo can be a picky eater at times, and she even worked with him on that. She kept us informed on his potty breaks, whether he ate all of his food, what they were up to throughout the day. When we came home the house was just how we left it. Apollo was so happy when we came home (NOT depressed like in the past) - you could tell he had been very well taken care of and active while we were gone. “Because of a family emergency that took us out state, Jeremiah stepped up and took care of our fur babies with very little notice. He stayed at our house overnight with our pets. About: I love pets! My friends and family call me the pet whisperer! I have a lot of experience ranging from little baby kittens to elderly dogs. I have great attention to detail, and take extra care in getting to know the pets. Whether they are easygoing, or more temperamental, I am up for the job! I work partly remote through the week. Allowing for pee breaks throughout the day. I have weekends open most of the time. It will be no problem to provide a comfortable stay for your pup. I have a fenced yard and safe house in a great neighborhood. I currently have one medium dog full time and my girlfriend has two small dogs here part time.

About: Having grown up with pets, I have a lifelong passion for animal care. From a young age, my siblings and I took on the responsibility of feeding, bathing, walking, playing with, and cleaning up after our pets. I’ve experience with rabbits, have one currently named Ms Bunny, she is eight. I had a guinea pig, named Master Splinter that lived to be 6. About: I’ve raised dogs, cats & goats since I was old enough to hold a leash! From bottle feeding kittens to training goats to do tricks, dogs feel like a breeze. For the last 6 years, I’ve taken care of family & friend’s dogs. My husband & I have a 80lb golden doodle (who is transitioning into his elder stage of life) so I understand the importance of daily walks, play dates, and proper grooming. I vow to apply the same care for your pet! I’m currently a server, so I work less than 30 hours a week & mainly evenings! This leaves me plenty of time to pet-sit or walk during the day, especially on my days off. I have a fenced in back yard, a park within a 3 minute walking distance, and an incredibly friendly golden doodle. He loves to play fetch and tug. We take our dog on daily walks, weekly baths, and administer the proper vitamins and ear care as he transitions into being an elder dog. It’s important that I translate these same practices to clients animals!

“Took care of our two dogs (young hound and elderly rat terrier) for several days while my family and I were out of town. Kept constant updates which is important as our elderly dog does need sone extra care and attention. On top of caring for our dogs Gina took care of our weekly trash/recycling and daily mail. Sydney (her dog) also got along well with our younger dog and kept each other company by playing all day. I would definitely ask her to watch our dogs again.”
