“Genna took care of my boys like they were her own. They were happy and she kept to a schedule. She checked in and gave me lots of pictures like I requested. I could tell they were well taken care of and loved, which I feel was so important. From the first time I contacted Genna she was so kind and friendly. I loved how we were able to do a meet and greet so that my boys were able to get warmed up. I’m very grateful that Genna cared for my boys. I highly recommend her to take care of fur babies and I would definitely return and use her services. Thank you Genna you are the best!!!!”

His facility is a tranquil doggy spa so right away our boy felt right at home. ReShan is super responsive, highly communicative by providing both picture and video updates on our boy, but most importantly I didn’t have to worry one bit about Lou because you can just tell how much ReShan cares for animals. I have used rover/pet sitters in the best and he is the best we have ever had! We will be back again! Thank you for taking such great care of our family member.”

“Mel and her family did an AMAZING job caring for my Bruce! I worried he would overwhelm her, but she was so patient and understanding with him. I was able to enjoy my trip comfortably knowing that he was in great hands. I also received tons of photos and videos showing what a fun and relaxing time he was having. This is our second time using Rover and we are beyond satisfied, this is by far the best experience we’ve had! “Ashley did such an incredible job with our two dogs. One is older and loves snuggles. He really took to her dog Sky and it was so cute to see him with a playmate as he usually prefers to be by himself. Our younger husky had a blast playing with the other dogs in her care. She has a large space for them to run and play and you can tell she really loves all the doggies in her care. Ashley sent daily updates including videos and photos and even gave them both their medicine. Could not have asked for a better sitter!”
