I have experience looking after all kinds of dogs — small, medium, large, puppies, seniors, and those with chronic conditions such as epilepsy, cancer, or special needs. I also have experience pet sitting cats and understand their unique personalities, needs, and routines. I’ve been told I have a natural calming presence with animals. When I pet sit, I make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I provide long walks, regular grooming, playtime, and plenty of companionship. When I’m with pets, my attention is fully on them because caring for animals genuinely makes me happy. I have a full-time job which is mainly office based but I also have flexibility if I’m pet sitting so that I can work more days from home and also half-days remotely, half days in the office. I have always taken the pet for a long walk before starting to work and then taken them for quicker shorter walks during the day and for a long walk (2-3hrs) after the workday. I have usually mostly sat the pets at the owner’s house, as I feel it’s the best for the pet. I am very flexible and easygoing in that sense.

I love dogs and grew up with both small and medium-sized dogs at home. I have attended dog training with all of my parents’ dogs, and I enjoy spending quality time mentally stimulating dogs and teaching them little tricks :).
I am a caring and calm person, and I place great importance on always being loving towards animals. You can therefore rest assured that your dog is in kind and safe hands. I enjoy long walks and am generally very careful and attentive when it comes to the dogs’ interactions with others.
Additionally, I also grew up with cats and have good experience interacting with cats and earning their trust — which isn’t always easy :).

My experience: Beyond my passion for animal welfare, what truly sets me apart from other sitters is my professional experience working as a pet caregiver. I have previously worked as an employee for two different petcare companies, where I received training and certification on pet behavior, pet care and first aid. My positions allowed me to carry out various petcare services, such as dog walking, pet sitting, overnight stays, developing individualized pet behavior plans, and administering medications (oral and injections). During my employment, I worked primarily with dogs and cats, but also occasionally with exotic birds, chickens, and rodents. This experience allowed me to work with many different pets, ranging from newborn puppies and kittens, to disabled and/or senior pets (some of who are pictured above). Beyond my professional experience working with pets, I have also been caring for the pets of several family and friends since I was a teenager.
