I feed my animals at least 2 times a day and go on bathroom breaks for dogs 2-3 times a day. For cats I change the litter weekly. For my clients home I respect the house itself and follow any rules as well as stay on a plan when training their animals to be potty trained or eating at particular times. I’m an active person myself so going on walks or runs will be perfectly fine as well.
