Über: For over 13years I shared life with my rescue dig Galgo. We adapted her to love and soft care, after coming from a mistreated environment; in this way rescued dogs are challenging. It took her over two years to settle into her new home, where she thrived until her last days as a senior dog. My routine ensured her best days, full of cuddles, love and the discipline needed to have a balanced life. We came across a lot of friends, dogs, cats, and of course — humans. We opened our home to them, and gave them space too when they needed it. I live in a place full of green space, the type that is safe for dogs to enjoy and be outside. I have experience with small and big dogs alike in many different situations. Safety is top priority for me, so keeping the dog’s routines is used to and meeting their needs to feel good is my top concern. I work 24h a week, mainly from home. I only spend a few hours at the office, my week is very flexible and free to spend free time. There is al lot of green spaces around my place, dog friendly, my neighbors are very aware of the dogs and there is a dog community that we can join if is needed it to socialize with other dogs, it’s a very quiet area free of noise, family friendly. My apartment is 60m2 with a balcony in the first floor, no need to climb up and downstairs. The dog/ cat could be in all the areas in the apartment. Specific rules will apply when the owner request it to maintain the animal routine.

I can’t have a dog of my own right now, and I miss that daily joy of walks, cuddles, and companionship - so I joined Rover to help other pet owners while doing what I love most. Every dog I meet gets the same care, patience, and affection I gave to mine 💛 I work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I usually take a mid-day coffee walk to reset - smiling at every dog I pass along the way. I’m usually very flexible on weekends, too. I’m quite active and do regular strength training and running, so I have no problem handling bigger dogs on a leash if needed. My space is limited, so it will most likely just be the two of them - your dog and mine. Über: I have lived with cats and dogs my whole life. I enjoy the company of cats and would be happy to sometimes look after them for you (mostly drop in visits as I’d prefer to stay in my own home). I am a dog person at heart. I grew up with Rott Weilers and blue heelers so I’m familiar with both large breeds and energetic ones. I’ve also had experience with pet sitting since I was 18. I spend half my time in Australia as I’m Australian and love my job as a paramedic (obviously I can’t work remotely). When I’m there I spend my months house and pet sitting as I’ve yet to buy my own property. As such I have many references already from those experiences and the relationships I’ve built up over the years, which I have saved and can provide on request. I live in Berlin for a little over half of the year with my German husband. While I’m here I don’t do regular work so I’m available for dog walking most days. I’d also be happy to board house trained dogs. Any dogs that stay in my home have to be properly trained so they don’t cause issues for my downstairs neighbours who complain about noise. Plus we live in an Altbau with porous flooring so I can’t risk wee accidents. Due to my lifestyle it would be unfair for me to have my own dog and so I rely on dog sitting/walking for my interactions. I don’t work in Berlin, I just have an urban sports membership so I can be fairly flexible. I have regular exercise classes that I attend that I won’t change. But otherwise I’m available most of the time and happy to be spontaneous when time permits. We live in an apartment with an elevator. I also have a crate that I set up for the dogs to sleep in overnight as my bed is too high for their safety.

Über: Ich bin mit Hunden und Katzen aufgeachsen und freue mich immer Zeit mit Fellnasen zu verbringen. Selbst im Urlaub dreh ich Morgens meine Laufrunde und füttere erstmal die obdachlosen Tiere. Meine Oma hat Hunde aus einem rumänischen Tierheim. Mit Geduld und Zuwendung sind wir nun ein Herz und eine Seele und konnten ihnen zeigen, das Menschen auch toll sind. Beim gassi gehen lasse ich sie gern schnuppern so lange sie wollen und ab und zu wird auch ein Sprint eingelegt. Ich bin zur Zeit zeitlich flexibel und kann mich euren Bedürfnissen anpassen. Auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen ist dies möglich. Was ein fester Bestandteil meines Alltags ist, sind 2 std. Sport am Tag. Ich habe ein gemütliches Zuhause, jedoch keine Katzengitter an den Fenstern oder Balkon. Eine Betreuung ist auch in dem Zuhause des Tieres möglich. Ich habe ein Auto und versorge dein Tier gern in seinem gewohnten Umfeld. Über die Möglichkeit in meinem Zuhause können wir uns gern abstimmen.

Moving away from home means I miss him every day, but also just miss having a dog around in general. Über: I have always been passionate about animal welfare. Throughout my professional career, I have immersed myself in learning as much as I can in regards to Animal Welfare. While my focus has been in dog training, I’ve never been shy about adding to my skills. As such, I’ve apprenticed as a Groomer’s Assistant, completed Canine First Aid and Confirmation courses, and I have even spent time working in Veterinary Clinics. These experiences were fulfilling and allowed me to provide comprehensive information for my human students, therefore bridging the critical gap between training the dog and teaching the human. Most recently in my professional career, I was able to open my own successful dog-training business in the states, collaborating with the families of individuals with disabilities, as well as local Animal Welfare organizations and Rescues to provide critical training for both Service Dogs, and dogs living in pet homes. I focused on tailoring training methods to accommodate diverse needs and frequently developed innovative approaches, all while collaborating with various other Pet Professionals in my area. I'm fairly free in my availabilty, pending time hasn't already been booked by other clients. For drop-ins/walks I start my days at 10AM and, finish at 5PM. I don't take drop-ins/walks on Sundays, but I'm otherwise available the rest of the week. For dogs, I like to spend at least 30-40 minutes a day on decompression walks, just allowing dogs to sniff and enjoy the sensory input they crave. I do NOT do public dog parks or allow greetings for Clients with random animals, and I always carry compressed air-spray in the event an off-leash dog approaches. I'm happy to provide play and light grooming, such as routine brushing and nail trims if applicable and requested. I require at least one Meet & Greet with the owner present before commiting to any sitting requests, as it is imperative to me that the dog is comfortable with me and confident with me entering the home without their owner. For cats, I prefer to let them greet me at their speed while ensuring they have all necessary resources and a clean litterbox. I'm very happy to spend the day with a book and cozy cat at my shoulder or on my lap, but it won't hurt my feelings if the cat is shy and prefers to avoid me. Either way, I'll keep their water filled and their box clean.

(Auch jegliche Art von anderen Tieren, aber Hunde schon hauptsächlich) Ich habe Erfahrung mit special needs Hunden, traumatisierten Hunden sowie Angstbeissern, Welpen und auch einige stark reaktive Hunde. Würde mich sehr freuen euch und eure Fellnasen kennen zu lernen💕 Ich arbeite in Teilzeit und kann mir meine Stunden meist gut selbst einteilen. Oft funktionieren auch spontane Schicht Wechsel. Wenn es aber zb ein fester Tag in der Woche sein soll, reserviere ich den dann schon super gerne im vorraus in meinem Arbeitsplan. Meine Wohnung ist sicher sodass nichts schädliches angeknabbert werden kann. BITTE BEACHTEN: Einziges Manko meiner Wohnung: ich wohne im 4. stock und habe leider keinen Aufzug! Ich habe immer ein Auge auf eure liebsten, auch bei Spaziergängen schaue ich ständig, dass nichts falsches im Mäulchen landet. (Jahrelange Erfahrung mit nem Labbi wie aus dem Bilderbuch haha)

I am very familiar with general pet care ( dogs and cats especially) through my own experience and personal study and I would provide all the necessities, safety and comfort for your beloved pet :) I currently don’t work and I’m fully dedicated to pet sitting while I improve my German. So to keep active I have a walk at least 3 times a day, so your dog would get more than enough excerise (if needed). I am also an early risers so if needed you can drop off your pet at any time. Not an issue. I can take care of any size of the dog. I had a medium-to-big schnauzer myself before and I managed his temper and size perfectly. He was one happy boy stretching on the sofa :) I have a car, so I can also take your dog to dog-parks or anywhere if needed. I'm pretty flexible. Working from home and very flexible schedule. Your pet would be pampered when needed or taken out for a walk. Most of the weekend I spend in Berlin, if possible outside in the nature. Would love a companion!! Provide food according to the current schedule and special needs. Daily walks for at least 20min each if it's a dog and play time with your cat. We'd adjust to the need of your pet :) I don’t work so I’m fully dedicated to pet sitting so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do go for some sports classes on an almost daily basis so I usually can take care of dogs that can stay at least 2h alone. I do both, I can accommodate your pet at my place or I can house sit. I’m flexible all depends on your and your pets needs.

Über: Ich passe schon sehr lange auf Hunde und Katzen für Freunde und Nachbarn auf. Ich habe sehr viel Erfahrung mit Tieren und kann die Körpersprache gut lesen. Auch mit Hyperaktiven Hunden habe ich gute Erfahrung und liebe es mit ihnen zu toben, zu spielen und zu trainieren. Ich habe gerade keine Arbeit und daher Zeit und Lust mich mit Tieren zu beschäftigen . Ich würde spazieren, spielen ,trainieren und kuscheln mit den liebsten.Ich kenne sehr viele Spiele für einen schönen Abenteuerspaziergang und kann vor allem Hunde gut lesen und verstehen. Ich habe vor kurzem eine Katze gefunden. Daher habe ich meine komplette Wohnung Katzen funktional umgebaut und der Balkon hat ein Katzennetz . Ich weiß leider nicht wie sich mein traumatisierten Kater mit anderen Tieren versteht.

Über: For over 13years I shared life with my rescue dig Galgo. We adapted her to love and soft care, after coming from a mistreated environment; in this way rescued dogs are challenging. It took her over two years to settle into her new home, where she thrived until her last days as a senior dog. My routine ensured her best days, full of cuddles, love and the discipline needed to have a balanced life. We came across a lot of friends, dogs, cats, and of course — humans. We opened our home to them, and gave them space too when they needed it. I live in a place full of green space, the type that is safe for dogs to enjoy and be outside. I have experience with small and big dogs alike in many different situations. Safety is top priority for me, so keeping the dog’s routines is used to and meeting their needs to feel good is my top concern. I work 24h a week, mainly from home. I only spend a few hours at the office, my week is very flexible and free to spend free time. There is al lot of green spaces around my place, dog friendly, my neighbors are very aware of the dogs and there is a dog community that we can join if is needed it to socialize with other dogs, it’s a very quiet area free of noise, family friendly. My apartment is 60m2 with a balcony in the first floor, no need to climb up and downstairs. The dog/ cat could be in all the areas in the apartment. Specific rules will apply when the owner request it to maintain the animal routine.

Über: I cared for my own dog for 15 years, and I know just how much trust it takes to leave your pup with someone else. I can’t have a dog of my own right now, and I miss that daily joy of walks, cuddles, and companionship - so I joined Rover to help other pet owners while doing what I love most. Über: Ich passe seit über 10 Jahren immer wieder auf verschiedenenste Hunde auf, von Jack Russel bis American Akita und Great Dane war vieles dabei und ich habe immer eine tolle Zeit mit ihnen :) Persönlich habe ich bisher nur Nager gehalten, u. a. Frettchen, und momentan lebt ein Skink im Terrarium bei mir. Ich arbeite größtenteils im Homeoffice und kann daher viel Zeit fürs Gassi gehen einbauen. 10 Minuten entfernt liegt der Treptower Park für größere Runden :) Bei mir Zuhause kann sich dein Hund frei bewegen und es sich dort bequem machen, wo es ihm am meisten gefällt. Bisher war das bei allen Hunden mein Sofa, wo sie alle 10 Minuten Streicheleinheiten bekommen. Meine Wohnung und die umliegende Gegend sind größtenteils sehr ruhig.
