“Donna was amazing. She watched my dog several years ago and was wonderful, so we went back to her. Walter is now a more particular much older senior grump who decided to be difficult in his stay. Donna went above and beyond to make him comfortable and make sure he was well taken care of and his needs met. I highly recommend booking Donna for your senior and special needs pups.”

“Doyle and Michael took great care of my senior dog who is blind and insulin dependent. I was nervous to leave my dog with anyone because of his health issues but they made sure to send updates throughout my dogs stay with them. For my first time using Rover, I am glad I found them. They will be my first choice in the future and I highly recommend them.”

“Jill and her family were awesome. She sent me pictures of Bailee everyday. They let her on the furniture and she got to sleep with the girls. I will definitely use Jill again”

“Wonderful experience! My dogs had so much fun, and they were treated as part of the family. The pictures we received while they were staying here were adorable and always brought a smile to my face.”

“I had Jennifer keep my little guy over night, and want to say that she is just the person for the task. She loves dogs, and I knew she’d take care of him like her own. And upon pick up he was happy and taken care of! Thanks Jennifer!”

“Alexis did an amazing job watching my doggo for me over the weekend while I was out of town! She sent multiple updates daily which included pictures of my dog having a great time:) I never had any doubts as to his safety and wellbeing. If you need your dog boarded I cannot recommend Alexis enough!”

“Amber was amazing!! First time leaving my baby and she was in excellent hands with them. I received updates with pictures daily and she was so forgiving when Lucky had accidents. Lucky had a great time and made some friends. Cannot thank them enough for the great care. Will use them again in a heartbeat!!”
“Roger is fantastic with our dog, Zeke, and he always looks forward to staying with Roger. He never fails to send daily pictures and updates. Roger is definitely a family favorite!”

“Ashlee was there for us when we needed to go out of town for a family funeral. It was the first time we left our dog Happy somewhere other than with family. Happy had an amazing time & was so loved & cared for!! We will definitely call her again if we need a dog sitter & highly recommend her! We appreciate her love for dogs & their individual needs. Thank you, Ashlee! ❤️”

“5 star household! Our old man was so tired from all the play time. They provided great photos and updates and showed concern when he had a bit of bleeding from tug of war. Knowing they pay attention to details gave us additional peace of mind.”

“Bailey was very good with Oakley - a very large but "old" dog. She had her best interests in mind the whole time and just let Oakley be herself. Very friendly, accommodating, and immediately communicative at all phases of booking, the stay, and the pick up”
“Highly recommend Jaclyn! Although I’d kind of like to keep her a secret! You can tell she is dog lover! My dog had fun running with their dogs! Would definitely use her again!”

“We had the most pleasant experience! This was our first time ever using Rover, and they made it such a positive one. They kept us updated throughout the day with pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our dogs were receiving lots of love and attention! We honestly felt like they were being spoiled the entire time! They truly went above and beyond for our pups and treated them as if they were their own. Their care, communication, and kindness made all the difference, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend them and would absolutely trust them with our dogs again. ❤️🐾”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Council Bluffs
Absolutely outstanding service above and beyond. Was traveling and needed last minute puppy sitter. She graciously agreed to help me out on extremely short notice. She has the sweetest little doggies of her own which kept my puppy company 💕 even though he had to stay in kennel (my requirement) he could still see and interact with them. Can not express enough how accommodating she was. Wonderful Doggy Mom. My puppy loved her immediately. Highly recommend and will Absolutely be using her again if ever needed. Awesome experience 10 stars !!!!!!!
We had a fantastic experience with our Rover sitter, Mallory! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated the frequent updates, photos, and messages while we were away. It was clear that our dog was receiving lots of attention, care, and affection. The biggest compliment we can give is that our dog came home calm, relaxed, and happy, a sure sign that he felt comfortable and well cared for during his stay. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We would absolutely book with Mallory again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive sitter.

Gabby and her family did an excellent job caring for and looking after Cooper for a night and day. They provided ample stimulation through backyard activities with other dogs and children. She sent nice videos/photos of Cooper letting me know he was doing okay and was timely in her communications. I would definitely go back again.

Victoria provided daily pictures and info on how Ruby was doing I enjoyed and appreciated the info. Ruby came home happy and her usual self tired from playing with her new friends. it was a relief leaving her with someone who loved dogs. This was a great experience for Ruby and us

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
