“We’ve used Roger multiple times for dog sitting. Our dog loves staying at Roger’s house. Reggie is welcome on the furniture and gets lots of snuggles, which helps him feel at home. Roger takes him for walks, and Reggie enjoys playing with the resident dog and other visitors. Roger sends lots of photos, which I love. He’s also accommodating with drop-off and pick-up times, which is a huge help. Will keep using Roger for future stays!”

About: Matt and I have taken care of animals our entire lives. We owned a pet store for many years. We have enjoyed several dogs and cats of our own. We are doing this in honor of them. We understand it’s hard to find people you can trust with your pets and they are such an important member of your family. We aren’t super high energy but we love to take walks, play in our small (fenced) yard and snuggle with those pets that want to be snuggled. Since we lost our last dog, Tucker, we’ve been dog sitting for friends and family because we missed having a dog in the house. We look forward to meeting and getting to know many more owners and pets. Lori works full time from home and Matt does saltwater aquarium maintenance out of the home. Very few times will your pet be left alone. Usually they end up in the office with Lori. We are able to take pets out as often as needed. We have experience giving medication, if required. If you have a senior dog or special needs dog, we can accommodate as well. Our side yard is small and fenced in. Lori enjoys taking daily walks and will be happy to be accompanied by your family member.

“40/10. Great people, took great care of Beau ! Sweet kids that loved all over him every time I brought him. The property is beautiful, big open fields, farm animals and lots of other dogs and cats for Beau to get used to so he can be sweet to all animals. I’m military and would occasionally show up early or late, based on how late they held me, and Shelbie and Jon were ALWAYS so understanding and sweet about it and happy to hold on to him or let him go a little early. They sent pictures and updates through out the day that made me feel present and apart of his care, less worried while I was working. Totally worth the drive out there. Thank you so much! Y’all are gonna have to race me to them each week ??”

She will provide lots of love and care to any animal she is caring for. She has taken in strays and ensured that they are either returned to their family or taken to a shelter.
