Where are my review and tip?

My client left a review and a tip for me on Rover- I know this because Rover sent me a notification saying: “Congratulations, Sue give you a tip and a 5-star review…” but neither of these things are showing up on my profile. Is there a lag time between Rover telling me this and Rover posting this on my profile and account?

I am having the same issue. Did you ever get an answer? It's happened more than a few times for me.
