I cannot not find a place to recommend the couple that cared for my dog last weekend. They were great and I want to let them and the people who look them up as a fit for their pet, to know.

I believe Rover should send an e-mail requesting you to write a review for your sitter. If you did not receive one, you can always ask the sitter to send you a request for a review and they should be able to e-mail you with the request.
