How to charge an extended drop in?

I have an owner who would like me to preform drop in visits for 6 hours at a time. How should I go about booking that in the app so it appears correctly to them and charges them the right amount as I am unsure.

The Cost Adjustment field is used to add a charge (+$xx) to any service. I'd think you'd book it as Drop In Visit, add the cost adjustment, and use the messaging area to add comments about what the service includes.
