Sitter is now set to away after agreeing to sitting?

I confirmed a booking and paid, after paying though the sitter stopped replying to me, and has given me no updates. Today is the day he is supposed to come to pick up my dogs and I see on his profile he is set to away now. This is kinda last minute and now I don't know if he is away because he has my booking or is actually away and now I have to scramble to find a sitter to watch my dogs.

They'll deal with it. Just FYI, the sitter does not have your money, but you are still inconvenienced because Rover will need to scramble to find you another sitter. That's what their guarantees are all about.
