dog not picked up on last day of booking?

II had 2 dogs who were supposed to be picked up last night and their travel was delayed. I did not extend because I was waiting to see when the owner would be picking up. Now I cannot modify the booking because it is past :( I also cannot get a hold of support to help me :(. Does anyone know how to do this? I need help ASAP! The owner is on her way here now....

If you can't extend, then create a new booking that represents the overage. The client needs to confirm and pay before picking up the dogs.
