where on my profile can I explain that if a owner picks up their dog after 12:00pm they are required to pay a day care fee for the last day of the booking period?

Rover's boarding rates are for 24-hour periods, unlike hotels or kennels that have strict check-in/check-out times. For example, if someone drops off a dog at 4 pm one day, then they have until 4 pm the next day to pick the dog up. Pickup times are dependent on dropoff times. You should take a look at this:

On your profile, there is a section that states: "When your dog stays with Kathryn" and I think it would be appropriate to list your drop off and pick up times there. When you go to edit your profile, click "+Show Additional Sitter Profile Details (optional)" and add it with the information you already have listed for the question "What sorts of activities will a dog enjoy on a stay with you?" It doesn't really answer that question per se, but how it appears on your profile that your potential clients makes sense.
