Rover Sitter in Pennsylvania anyone else have issues?

Hi fellow sitters: as an FYI Pennsylvania requires anyone who sits through Rover to obtain BK1 kennel license. our neighbor reported us to the PA dog warden, who very nicely walked us through the process. Just as a warning, if you have a vindictive neighbor, this could happen to you as well. Additionally in Pittsburgh you also need a home occupancy permit to have a business and zoning approval.
