Can you and does anyone charge an extra charge when owners pick up?

I'm new to Rover and would like to know if there is a way to charge an extra hourly fee to an owner if they show up late to pick up their pet after boarding.

For Example, An owner wants to drop off their dog at 12:00 pm on Friday and not pick up until 6:00 pm the next day. Pick up time is usually 24 hours from drop off time, correct? Does anyone do this? Should I? Any tips on conveying this to the owner?
