I was told that I was supposed to fill out daily info regarding pets when they were here for daycare. Rover held up a payment because i didn't fill out the customers "card" for daycare? Where and how do i do this?
There is a start button in the app for a Rover card just like with walks. It'll be under "today's Rover cards". I start running the daycare Rover card when I go on what I plan to be the last walk of the day and record any poops and food eaten and write a little note. I'm not going to run it during a full 6-12 hour stay (especially if I have dog walks), but I send the owner pictures and updates periodically and everyone is happy. I figure by running it at the end, I end it when the owner picks up so if there are any issues with them being super late I have the end time officially recorded. I've never had a daycare pick up be inexcusably late, and I don't know if my method would help but it makes me feel better lol
Oh i like that idea of running it at the end. I'll be honest, I get so little day care requests I forget about the card! I need a pop up reminder or something. Most of my clients don't care about the card - they like the messages through the day. Thanks for the tip!
