Why is daycare cancellation policy only flexible?
I understand the policy if it is only a drop-in visit, but, if it is for scheduled days, why not moderate flexibility also?

Under your profile, then preferences, there's 1 section for the policy re. Dog Boarding & Doggy Day Care. Although it actually just says cancellation policy for dog boarding, I'd expect that whatever level (flexible, moderate, strict) chosen would apply to both those services. However, I just saw that's not happening, and alerted Rover Support. Below that, there's sections to set policy (flexible, moderate, strict) regarding house sitting, drop in visits, and walks.
