My rate is lower than the $20 off incentive for a first booking. Is it safe to say that the client will just get their first booking free?
I'd like to advertise my pet services to my local community centre, and of course, I'd like to mention the $20 off for the first booking. But my services are only $15(CAD) because that seems to be the going rate in my area. Is it safe to say that the client will just get their first booking free? Should I advertise their first booking will be free, or that their first booking will be $20 off? Thanks =)
Their first booking would only be free if the booking is for one day only. If they book more than one day, it won’t be free. ($15 x 2 = $30 - $20 = $10 still owed). You don’t want to be misleading and end up losing money, so I would say to stick with $20 off first booking.
